The Story Behind our Partner
We have been family owned and operated since 1985. Originally known mainly for our fried chicken, we now feature an extensive menu which came to include pizza during our 2002 expansion. Our pizza is made on a slightly sweet crust of medium thickness and offer several different base sauces and over 20 toppings. We also utilize our Hot Rocks oven for daily baking of our sub rolls, calzones, garlic knots, and other appetizers.

With our increasing need for oven capacity and lack of room for a second set of deck ovens, seeing the Hot Rocks oven for the first time at Pizza Expo instantly piqued our interest. With Hot Rocks, we are able to offer our customers the stone hearth baked quality they are accustomed to, while operating more efficiently and without the burden of constantly minding multiple deck ovens during busy times.
