The Hot Rocks Pizza Oven has a standard 1-year warranty on parts and labor, under normal use and service conditions. An extended warranty is available at an additional cost. It includes an extra year warranty on parts and labor (for a total of 2 years) AND 4 maintenance kits per oven. Freight terms – EXW ex-work Drummondville, QC Canada J2A 0L5. The Korok Group is not responsible for any delays occurred by the shipping company during transit. A freight quotation is available upon request.
Payment Terms are 50% down payment / 50% prior shipping.
All electrical, gas, HVAC, ventilation, chimney hookups, rooftop ventilation motor, plumbing, water, compressed air and burners startups are at the client’s expenses and have to be done by the proper trades and according to local codes.
